So I was slow to post another blog after the herculean effort of the last one. It takes almost as much effort to write down what I am practicing as it does to practice it. It's a different sort of effort though--there's something about talking about doing something that has an allure that the actual doing doesn't always match. Still, I really do practice those things and am on my way to do so now. If you are interested in more practicing tips, let me know.
